Whether you’d like a local recommendation or a little help planning your stay, we’re nearby and happy to help.

Plan your stay

  • • A private second-floor apartment with two bedrooms—one with twin beds and one with a double bed—one bathroom - with tub, a full kitchen, and rooftop terrace access.

    • Both bedrooms have blackout shades.

    • Stairs are required to reach the apartment.

    • No on-site parking. Free and paid nearby

    • Your hosts live elsewhere in the building and are available for help and local recommendations.

    • Beach umbrellas, simple beach chairs and a beach bag are available to borrow in the front entryway.

  • • Quiet hours are 11 p.m.–8 a.m. Please respect our neighbours and others in the building.

    • No parties or events.

    • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.

    • No pets.

    • Only registered guests may enter the property; no additional visitors.

    • Please report damage or breakages promptly. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.

    • A lost-key replacement fee applies.

    • Commercial photography and filming are permitted.

  • • Check-in is 3–9 p.m.; checkout is before 11 a.m.

    • Late arrival must be arranged when booking: €25 after 9 p.m., or €40 after midnight.

    • Each guest must provide identification for registration and present a valid identity card or passport before keys are handed over.

    • Please rinse off beach sand at the beach showers near the public bathrooms and O Farol before returning. Keep sand out of the apartment's showers and sinks.

    • Please wash your dishes after use.

    • Beach equipment is available to borrow; please return it after use.

    • Ask us for recommendations for restaurants, shops, beaches and local activities.

  • • Albufeira tourist tax: €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 and over, from 1 April to 31 October, for up to seven consecutive nights. Applicable exemptions may apply. Paid by cash on arrival.

    • Late check-in: €25 after 9 p.m., or €40 after midnight, by prior arrangement.

    • Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted. The house rules specify a €150 charge per unregistered person entering the building.

    • Charges apply for lost keys and damage. Please contact us for details before booking.

  • • The apartment is on the second floor and guests must climb stairs.

    • There is no parking on the property or the street. Strictly for residents. Free and paid parking are nearby.

    • An exterior and entry lobby security cameras are present.

    • There is no smoke alarm, as stated in our current property information.

    • The property is near water. Please take care when exploring the surrounding area.
